communicaion and its featureThe process of transfer of information from one to another entity by means of different medium is known as Communication. Communication involves the use of symbol, picture, writing, or oral communication for the interaction of at least 2 individuals by following certain pattern of communicating. Communication can also be defined as “The exchange of thought, information, opinion, writing, sign, or speech “. In our society communication can be done in various ways either it may be one way or two way communication. One way communication can be explained as the process of communication where the two different individual sitting together is interacting but one is speaking where as another individual is just listening. But two way communications is just different then one way communication. In this communication the interacting individual both exchange their opinioncommunicaion and its feature with each, where both are sharing their views and listening to other’s view and after proper analysis of another’s view expressing its own view. Communication is preferred well as two way communication.
Communication, a process, in which information’s are given in the form of package and is channeled via some medium to the receiver. Then the receiver decodes the message and gives the sender some kind of feed-back.
As time passed on the way of communication has also changed rapidly. During the old ages the way of communication was by sending message through pigeons, by the use of postman, or by going to that own individual by travelling a long distance. But now-a-days due to the advancement of new technology the way of communication has also changed distinctly. Now people living in United States can communicate with his friends or relatives with the help of E-Mail, Telephone, Video chat etc. New technology also includes the media and newspaper.
Thus communication is a process by means of whichcommunicaion and its feature meanings are assigned & conveyed to create an proper Understanding between two or more than two different individuals. This process involves the proper skill of inter and intra-personal processing, proper listening, good observation, well speaking, analyzing the conveyed message and evaluating the result. Thus we can say that Communication is proper cooperation and collaboration.
Like each and every one faces some kind of problems during their work, during communication also ther are some sort of problems/barriers’ (overload of message, message complexity, mis-translation of message). Every individual should try to overcome all the barriers’ inorder to make the communication effective.
